Shipping

All orders received prior to 2pm EST will ship the same business day providing the item is in stock.  For items on back-order, your item will usually ship in 3-5 business days.  In the case of inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control, your order will ship out the following business day.

Domestic Shipments

Vintage Electric Supply is pleased to offer our customers $6.95 Flat-Rate Shipping on all orders below $50, and free shipping on orders over $199 (exclusive of tax).  Orders will ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer.  Tracking information will be provided when your order is processed for shipment.

We ship to the address provided during checkout so please enter your information carefully when placing your order as Vintage Electric Supply is not responsible for incorrect shipping information.  In the event that incorrect information is provided, we will be able to update your info providing you contact us prior to shipment.

Once your package has been shipped, it is out of our control and we are unable to control any delays that may unfortunately occur with the carrier.  Please do not schedule installation professionals until you have received and inspected your items.  

FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery is available at an additional cost.  Should you require FedEx delivery, please contact us so that we can quote you an accurate rate for your shipment.  We don’t like paying shipping any more than you do, so we will quote you exactly what FedEx quotes us as we do not profit from shipping.  If you do elect for FedEx delievry, please be aware that FedEx charges a bit more for a residential address than they do for a commercial address, so if you have a commercial address that you trust, you can save a bit on your shipping charges.  Please note that FedEx although FedEx Home Delivery will deliver on Saturday, their outbound trucks do not.  The last FedEx truck departs Friday at 6pm and does not leave again until Monday 6pm, so please keep that in mind when deciding on your shipping option.

International Shipments

All international orders will require a custom shipping quote to guarantee you get the most accurate rate and lead time depending on the size and destination of your order.  International orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx and insured.  

For all our international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional charges (Taxes, Duties, Customs, Carrier Surcharges, Import Fees) as you are importing merchandise into your country and subject to your government’s rules and regulations.   All international orders are Final Sale and any defective items will be exchanged for the same item only.
