We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right.  Simply contact us within 14 calendar days after you receive your order so you can return your item for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund.  Your item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for return.  Please contact us with any questions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of our wire sold by the foot or cordsets, as this wire is cut to order from a master roll and for this reason, is not returnable or exchangeable.   Additionally, DIY Kits, Design-a-Pendant, Light Bulbs, Outlet Items, and Special Orders are also not returnable.

Return Instructions:

1. We stand behind everything we sell so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 calendar days after you receive your order and you can return your item for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund. We will only refund shipping charges on defective merchandise, otherwise return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Your item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for return.
3. You must contact us to initiate your return so we can issue you an RMA number. Please email us at info@vesdiy.com to initiate your return and receive your RMA. Items received without an RMA will not be processed and will be returned to you.
4. When shipping your return back to us, please use a trackable for of shipment (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost and have no proof of delivery to us.
